May 23, 201016 yr Mangled bones do work for lighting the pyre ship for the fremmy task. I am pretty sure; I remember doing it myself. As for gathering mangled bones, you can get them as a drop from a particular barbarian (I don't know which one) or rummage through piles of bones in the ancient cavern. You'll see some bones with a blue rummage option lying around. Sometimes rummaging for bones may damage though, so be careful.

May 23, 201016 yr Careful though, when you use those bones an angry spirit will start to attack you after you make the pyre. It scared me a little when i got hit and almost died after doing that part of the diary.
