Which method is the fastest way to get 99? I'm lvl 86 thieving

That's the way they say to do it, but personally, I can't stand it. PP is fine for me at my level, so it should be epic for yours.

This is the generally accepted way to do it, but it is highly dependent on your ability to endure hours of click fests. Some people like pp better than blackjacking others prefer blackjacking, but one thing to note is that you get more and more xp from pp as you are able to access new floors 91 being able to access all of the floors. So yea since you are so close to 91, just blackjack the way there if you can stand it, if not pp is still a viable way to lvl thief.
