yes-this was used for long staff sparring-high crush absorbsion-and cosidering we already have coconuts...

pretty good idea, palm seeds are hard to get, so this would be pretty rare and pricy, probably effective.

It was used for staff sparring. Sparring. Light, nonlethal combat practice. Think about it.
