It wouldn't They only degrade when you attack, not when you're being attacked.

It wouldn't They only degrade when you attack, not when you're being attacked.

Still, you don't use 1200 casts an hour. I used 560 casts an hour when bursting, so barraging is probably more towards 500. In that case, when they only degrade when casting a spell, they would last 12 hours barraging.
