June 8, 201016 yr I checked the guide on here and it doesn't say. I'd love to know, because they are faster for 99 Cooking. I'm using cooking gauntlets as well. Thanks! :D
June 8, 201016 yr I think you stop burning rocktail and caves with cooking gauntlets at 99 cooking. But im pretty sure caves are good for training at 88+ and rocktail at 96+
