Boost into the wildy for now, take some food (I use EE), wear some d'hide, and you should be good to go. Once you've gotten into the arena, you don't need to boost anymore until you leave the course. Make sure if you don't take an EE, you bring a knife or a slash weapon.

49-66: Wilderness Course @ about 48k-50k Xp/hr depending on failure rate

(60-66: Werewolf Course @ about 45k-48k Xp/hr alternative to Wild; extremely hard course to master)

66-75: Ape Atoll Course using summer pies/agility potions @ a new max of 53k Xp/hr with no fails

75-80: Dorgesh-Kaan Course using summer pies/agility potions @ 55k-56k Xp/hr max depending on failure rate, Turgall's position and his unresponsiveness

80-88: Advanced Gnome Course using summer pies/abyssal lurker @ 68k-69k Xp/hr max with no fails

88-99: Advanced Barb Course using abyssal lurker to keep level at 92+ @ 72k Xp/hr max

Taken from Agile Jebrim, rank 3 agility with 200m xp. These is the fastest possible XP but you can just use lower courses if you don't want to use summer pies.
