Yeah, I have this problem. i don't know how to fix it. It is ONLY not working for one site, se7ensins. I know the site is up, because my friends can get on it. It works for like 5 minutes, when I turn my comp on and then it stops. Doesn't work on either of the other comps in my house either.

 

I've tried clearing browser history, like cookies etc.

If such problem persist then you should talk to your domain hosting provider for that, I hope they may short it out. Else you should check it out through the proxy site.
