Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.~unknown~

hexcrest/full slayer helm

2. The staff of light has a spell power of light, what is the rune cost and max damage the spell has?

its a special attack, halves all melee damage.

3. Tip it guide sais a magic potion that boosts your magic by 5 also increases your max damage by 3% per boosted level, but i only though extremes and overloads did.

your wrong

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts

CR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size.
...
It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).

Hexcrest or FSH

2. The staff of light has a spell power of light, what is the rune cost and max damage the spell has?

It's a special attack, takes full spec bar, lasts one minute and halves all melee damage during that time, not too useful for training.

3. Tip it guide sais a magic potion that boosts your magic by 5 also increases your max damage by 3% per boosted level, but i only though extremes and overloads did.

Magic essence pot is +3, magic potion +5, extereme mage/overload/wolpertinger scroll are +7, overload being the best to use, ext mage being the worst. Every mage level above your normal magic level is +3% damage, so evil stew can be the 4th best mage boosting item.

It's in no way better, but can be as good if you use spec every 60 seconds and don't need the healing or the defence, otherwise(and assuming you can afford it, because that's another issue) ovl > wolper.

ovl=wolper, but wolper scrolls cost 22k p/h while overloads cost 480k...and for training you should rarely need more defense then an EE spec provides.

Magic Potions, Extreme Magic Potions, Starflower Potions, and Wolpertingers also increase your magic damage.

Well the only place i use magic boost is ice strykewyrms where overloads are easily better than wolperting- you can use unicorn for healing and the extra defence is very worthwhile. Overloads are 320k an hour assuming herblore xp is free, much less than that for people that think with a brain.
