Tim
Perhaps you might be kind as to post where IN the actual steps of the fourth step it goes wrong? Just that most of us Crew have already completed the quest so we can't go back to double check on them and helps us verify the problem. I couldn't tell were in the steps there's a mistake as I followed them one by one, and the ending result is not even near to the desired accommodation. I am talking about the steps posted for "puzzle # 4" steps. MEXICO !!!

I am talking about the steps posted for "puzzle # 4" steps. Could it be possible you missed a step? I haven't completed this quest yet, so I can verify later. I know when I did the first one, it didn't work, as it turns out, I missed a step somewhere because I just followed the same steps, and it worked. I actually took the coordinates (for lack of better term) and combined them. So instead of seeing A, 3, C, 5, B, 2, F, 6, etc, I saw A3, C5, B2, F6 (I put them into notepad that way), so it made it easier for me to not miss any steps. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~

Just that most of us Crew have already completed the quest so we can't go back to double check on them and helps us verify the problem. Hi!! I couldn't tell were in the steps there's a mistake as I followed them one by one, and the ending result is not even near to the desired accommodation. I am talking about the steps posted for "puzzle # 4" steps. Exactly the same problem here, my begin for step 4 matches the picture in the guide but my end isn't even remotely the same. I tested it three times, with someone assisting for the second and third attempts, step by step. Sometimes it almost seems like it's going in the right direction, but then it's as if some steps were missed when they were pasted into the article. Palomas' first sequence doesn't work either for me, however the second does. P.S.: I don't know where you took math, but 2x6 (north and south sides) + 2x7 (west and east sides) = 26 in my universe, not 42. That is not counting the reset and undo levers. Also the 'recharge' instructions makes no sense whatsoever, why would you begin with 4-5-4? That would move you into one position, then out of it, then back into it without doing anything. Doing 4-5-4 could do more than you think. You can't always just assume things with Jagex. It could also be a typo, and the '5' was suppose to be a letter instead of a number. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
