I can't seem to kill the boss... Im 80 range and mage, wearing karils, praying magic the whole time with sharks... I always run out of food and she has around half HP remaining. Im casting fire wave to get her to switch prayers, and meleeing when shes not on a pillar... Advice?

I can't seem to kill the boss... Im 80 range and mage, wearing karils, praying magic the whole time with sharks... I always run out of food and she has around half HP remaining. Im casting fire wave to get her to switch prayers, and meleeing when shes not on a pillar... Advice?

 

Well Here is what i did

 

I brought

Helm of nez

black d hide and legs

Dragon boots

Barrows gloves.

w/e ring

ruby (e) bolts (I suggest this or something similar dont use broad they wont hit very well)

Rune cross brow

enchanted Excalibur (spec)

dragon halley

 

Food was sharks and a prayer pot (4)

 

This post really helped me

 

Shes not that bad.

 

1) Prayer mage it means only the fire and her kicks can get you and they only do like 35 damage so food easily covers it.

2) Her weaknesses go Range, Melee, Mage

3) She only prayers when on pillars.

4) If you range her she will prayer ranged, else she prays mage.

5) On the first too pillars WOM will hit her enough (if u keep her on rnage prayer) to move fight on, but pillar 3 and 4 WOM will NEVER hit her

 

I found best tactic is:

Range while praying mage un til she gets on third pillar.

While she is on 3rd and forth pillar position on the 1 sq between pillar bases (so she cannot throw you away from her meaning u get more hits in) and melee her. Piety is a big help here and you will burn some food up but it gets her down. But get ur bow out when shes off the pillars for some fast big hits.
