3 times now I've tried fighting her and her and I just can't seem to get her down. Her fires keep me running around so I can never fire off more than one shot at a time, I have to use range since whenever I melee she just pushes me away, and she prays against range and I don't know how to get her to pray something else. Thus far running around till my spec bar comes back and clawing her seems to work the best, but I can only get her to the fourth plith. Any strategies? Recommendations? I feel like I'm doing something wrong, since no one else seems to have any trouble with her...

You need to melee + range. When she's on a statue, range her until she prays range. Then start meleeing. When you melee, you are going to have to spam click her. You will get in 1 hit every time she pushes you away.

 

Doing that, and deflecting magic + turm the entire fight, I used 5-6 monks.

 

When she's on her last legs, she ends up just attacking the Wise Old Man, so that helps a bit.

You definetly need to be carrying 2 types of attacks, my advice is range and mage, keep running around with Magic deflection curse or just mage protect, and attack her once with range, once with mage, repeat till she's done for.

Are you actually dying to her?

I'd like to be helpful, but I didn't have any problems.

Gear:

Deflect Magic, bring the best Surge you can, move as soon as you hit with melee (there's a motion lag with her kick and you may not even be hit by the firepit spawn if you're quick enough)...

Melee her on the pedestals and mage her otherwise.

Swap what you don't have, of course...

Shes not that bad.

 

1) Prayer mage it means only the fire and her kicks can get you and they only do like 35 damage so food easily covers it.

2) Her weaknesses go Range, Melee, Mage

3) She only prayers when on pillars.

4) If you range her she will prayer ranged, else she prays mage.

5) On the first too pillars WOM will hit her enough (if u keep her on rnage prayer) to move fight on, but pillar 3 and 4 WOM will NEVER hit her

 

I found best tactic is:

Range while praying mage un til she gets on third pillar.

While she is on 3rd and forth pillar position on the 1 sq between pillar bases (so she cannot throw you away from her meaning u get more hits in) and melee her. Piety is a big help here and you will burn some food up but it gets her down. But get ur bow out when shes off the pillars for some fast big hits.

@GaVaTi I did check the news in general discussion but there didn't seem to be any methods showing how to beat her, oh and no the spare teletabs saved me from death.
