2. 88 herb, Soulsplit is useless without turmoil.

It's based on the amount of trips. According to RsWiki you pay him/her every 8 trips and that includes serving food, and taking stuff to the bank/sawmill

 

And Id get 88 herb

Keep saving til 95 prayer, turmoil is WAY better than extremes.
