I have varrock armor and I have NEVER EVER bought staff from him before, I go talk to him, he says he has 16 staffs.... and that is it nothing else happens, I cant buy them. What did I do wrong?

Just in case you didn't know, the medium and hard Varrock diaries increase the amount of staves you can purchase per day to 32 and 64 respectively.
