Does that happen only in IE? Tried Firefox or Opera? Does it happen on all board themes?

Doesn't happen with subLime style. And I've uninstalled navigator, so...

Make sure that your encoding is set to either Unicode or Western European....I know some encoding can cause wierd text displays..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is done by:

 

 

 

Click View-->Econding-->unicode(auto-select is usually fine)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT:

 

 

 

Ensure that the "Enable visual styles on buttons and controls in web pages" Check box is checked in the Advanced options.

 

 

 

To do this:

 

 

 

Click tools-->intenet Options-->Clcik the "Advanced Tab

 

 

 

Look under browsing...its like halfway down....if this is unchecked, ? will appear in various sites.
