Budget doesnt matter..I'm looking to find out how much money I'll need so i can start saving.

Well, thats about 2m exp, so at 25gp/exp (is that right? maybe check rs wiki), it would cost at least 50m. Maybe close to 60m.

I priced out 72 to 90. I had about 77-80 million. That did not include the price of seconds. I priced in there a 1000 of each attack str and def pot to keep. Then made anti fire pots the rest with keeping a 1000 of them. And selling rest.

Should I sell my tarromin/harrlanders?
