Nasams
Ive lately discovered a pretty fast way to train woodcutting with good xp gains and profit too. In Varrock there is a tree farm patch where you can plant your own tree and chop it. Right next to the farm patch is ivys. So what I have done a while now is that i plant a yew tree there (of course you can use whatever tree you can or and want to plant there) wait for it to grow. After that chop it down to a stump. While waiting for it to grow back chop the ivys right next to it. This way you keep getting continuous xp and profit. The only break from the xp gain is where you bank your logs. Also because it is just your own tree, there is no one else to chop it and sometimes can even get a full pack of logs by just one tree!

SportsGuy
Dont Farmed trees take a few hours to re-grow though? He's not talking about replanting...just normally chopping until the "resource" runs out and you're left with the stump, which you have to dig up if you want to replant. It's nothing that most players don't already realize, but it's a tip this player has found works for him or her. la la la
Nice tip, maybe we can include it in the "Did you know that?" section of the tip.it times at some point. However, if we took every woodcutting tip into the skill guide, it would start to get messy.
