"sapphire" item location outdated

The "sapphire" tiem location is wrong in the items database.

it reads : Sapphires can be purchased at the gem stores, however are rarely found in stock, because the stores only stock the gems that players sell to them.

This is wrong because with the personalized shops other players selling items to the store becomes irrelevant, so the sapphire stock will same the same whether or not another player sells the item to the shop.
