Would fletching mithril bolts be faster hourly xp then stringing magic longbows? How easy is it to get the materials and then sell the bolts? I am aware of the costs, i just want to know if it would be faster to fletch mith bolts from 93 to 99 or if I should stick to magic longbows.

It can be faster, depends on how fast you click. For me its way faster.

 

However, getting the materials is a pain.. there is a 10k cap on feather aswell as mithril bolts (unf)...

 

Selling the mith bolts is no problem.. almost instant.

Materials should be easy to get, but I would think there might be a problem selling because Broad-Tipped Bolts hit harder(Equal to Adamant) and cost about the same.
