If I get 95 Prayer what would be the best choice of outfit for most tasks?

Bandos and firecape if you are good at making money.

I read on the RSOF a while ago that unless you can make over 2m gp an hour and have 99 prayer, Proselyte is more efficient to use than Bandos. Otherwise, it'd be more reasonable on most tasks regarding both cost and inventory space to wear Proselyte.

With your only other prayer bonuses being f-cape, and fury, using bandos over prossy would cost you 300ish more points per hour, praying turmoil.

 

Not that much honestly, around 2.5 prayer pots? It is possible the prayer formula I've found is wrong, though.

There are multiple setups for using turmoil on task. I assume that you're using a full slayer helm, fury, rune defender, whip/rapier, dragon boots, barrows gloves, and berserker ring, which leaves us with the plate, legs, and cape to mess with.

+4 strength and +14 prayer

 

Fighter torso

+4 strength and +16 prayer

Bandos tassets

+6 strength and +13 prayer

+4 strength and +17 prayer

+8 strength and +7 prayer

If using a rapier, consider using an Ardougne cape 3. Always remember that anything over +20 prayer bonus is superfluous. All of these setups are effective, so it depends on how much money you can make or are willing to spend. Personally, I like the full Bandos + SW cape setup.

Personally, I use a BCP/Verac's Skirt/SW cape, though in all reality I will chuck the Verac's Skirt for Tassets after I get 95 Prayer (about 50m away).
