Quick Chrome Question.

In general I rather the look of Chrome, and other various things, but the thing that's stopping me from going to it is the add-ons I have here on Firefox.

Really, the only add-ons I need to survive are Ad Block Plus and Echofon. If I had them, I'd be off to Chrome without a moment's thought.

Can I accomplish this somehow?

Chrome has add-ons too, it has its own version of Ad Block. I'm sure you could find the other application as well.

Chromed Bird. Personally, I think it craps all over Echofon.

Yeah I don't like the updates and changes they've made, also there are some basic things that Echofon does that are really stupid (Like making it impossible to use other windows while Echofon is open).
