Hello, all... Maybe one of you can tell me what's wrong? I'm getting the following error from the TIF Java IRC Applet while trying to connect to Tip.It's IRC server...

 

Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection refused: connect

 

... and I'm without any idea of why it is happening. I've tried reloading the browser and everything, so I'm stumped. Can't even tell if the server went down or something. :huh:
