manitstinks
So I finished cold war like 6 months ago and just recently started doing penguins. But after 2 weeks of penguins, I only have 20 something points. So why am I not getting double Pts.? Btw I did hunt for red quest and did polar bear also. bickers
max points you can get after cold war is 15 per week i think the polar bear adds 1 pointthe only thing you can do is try to get them all and do quests if you need a quest to access an area with a penguin in it

glasscube
Only "difficult to reach" penguins are worth 2 points. Help drive change Canada
Big_Stingman
From the Tip.it Penguin Hide and Seek Guide: Most of the time, major cities and areas will award 1 point, while more secluded quest related places will give 2 points. EDIT: ^He beat me to it. :P
