August 18, 201015 yr It is very strange, I was on a slayer task for black demons (doing it in CT), I went to the lobby for a minute and when I returned I could not attack the demons - nor they attack me! Anyone having similar experience?
August 18, 201015 yr Happens to me all the time, I think it has something to do with my Java. Are you by chance using a mac?

August 18, 201015 yr Like...do you not have the attack option? are you unable to right click on them? do you click attack, and nothing happens? Are you able to walk around/do other things in the Runescape screen? As for them not attacking you, they probably just lost aggression, and don't attack you regardless Fisher/Woodcut------Me-----Miner/crafter----Stabber----Leecher ^Golvellius must be so proud^

August 19, 201015 yr I don't know of a specific fix but you could try updating and/or rolling back your Java or if you just wait 30-60 seconds it usually resolves itself.
August 19, 201015 yr I occasionally am unable to do stuff for a few seconds after logging in. Don't know what causes it, although I can't remember it happening recently.
