Getting back up to speed

After taking multiple breaks, and going on around a year hiatus, I've decided to start playing rs again and have found myself a bit lost with all the new content. My main goal at the moment is to obtain some cash, since I really only have about 10m in items like my whip and not much else to work with. I'd like to do something combat oriented, or atleast something that's not too tedious & boring to make my money, but if you have some good skill oriented suggestions those are more than welcome to. My goal is around 20m so I can afford to gear myself for God wars and work on raising some skills, to give you an idea of where I wanna be.

You can goto Amoured Zombies, they give some of the best experience in the game and give decent profit per hour (like 200k/hr?)

You'll want prayer to 70 to get on to any GWD teams and eventually get 95 prayer and 90+ herby to optimize your GWD experience.

I'm making money with slayer myself, it's a good combat trainer and good cash as well.

Not directly answering your question but your basic plan should go along the lines of:

 

-- Get 60M

-- Buy Karils, Barrows, Whip, and Claws, possibly Ahrim & SoL if you mage

-- Make 150M at either TD's or DK's

-- Buy Turmoil

-- Make 150M

-- Buy 92 herb to make all ex pots and ovls

-- Make 1B+

-- Win

 

This should take you about 6-12 months

 

Train summoning when you can and at the very least get 88, and then 96. 99 Should be an eventual goal - too many people stop at 96 and don't realize that steel titan is actually much better than iron titan

 

Waterfiends is generally more economical than rock lobs for summ

This. Maxing combat is a great goal for anyone. You should also work on dungeoneering, as chaotic weapons are the best you can get.
