if it saves 10% then claw specs only take 40%. So with one dose of spec restore, you could get 3 claw specs in a row. That could be decent for soloing bandos, or crashing someone or something.

 

It saves 10% of the amount of special bar it uses. So, 10% of 50 would be 5, so claw specs would use 45% spec.

oh well then, nvm about that :(

 

Would be nice to spec 3 times, but probably a bit overpowered.
