For lack of any other ideas, I will be grinding crafting on double exp weekend using Green D'hide bodies.

1. What is the craft rate/hour for green d'hide bodies, assuming I have the d'hide made into leather already?

2. Any better ways to train it?

3. For anyone that did this for last bonus exp weekend, about how much exp can I expect to get?

Depends what you mean by "better" ways.

 

Personally I would craft something higher to get the most out of the extra bonus, because even the higher level hides are still decent xp/gp.

Alright, I'll keep that in mind. Depending how far I get the first hour maybe I'll switch to blue or red

Red is a definite no, nobody really hunts reds so the hides are expensive compared to black hides gp/xp wise.

no, gold ammies are pretty slow, probably best to do agility or dungeoneering in that case.

You should do battlestaves as well. They're much more efficient for xp. Somewhat limited, but definitely worth it.
