It would help some of us if the location was described as

 

The dig site "exam centre", (as it is labeled on the map) south of the dig site., instead of just saying "the dig site building where the expert archeologist is. "

players are searching the varrok museum looking for the expert archeologist

If they are they cannot read.

The dig site building. The digsite only has 1 building and the entire digsite isn't even inside varrock.

 

But probably should be updated to say Exam Centre, I do believe that it was never labelled on the map til a couple of years ago, so it had no official name when that was probably originally written.
