tedbundty
My sister is leaving on thursday and, much to my despair, taking the ti 89 titanium calculator with her so basically I need to buy a new graphing calculator by then. I don't really want to buy another ti 89 titanium calculator because they're $130 at best. Anyway I see schnoop (a one deal a day site like woot.com) is selling these CASIO FX-7400G calcs for 16.99. Can somebody who knows about calculators check out for me (here's the link) and tell me if it would be sufficient for my Calculus homework? I need to be able to do stuff like logarithms, finding zeros, min, max of a graph and all that kind of stuff. My guess is that it isn't good enough but I figured it'd be worth checking since I'd be saving a lot of $ if it was. If it isn't, can any of you recommend a calculator that works like a Ti 89 titanium but is a lot cheaper? ................................[Currently Have - 1300M].........................................................My Beginner's Merchanting Guide - My Youtube Channel - My Twitter
Gandalf14141
Personally, I'd buy it as it is cheap, and try it out. If you don't like it then get another one. Finally on here to update that I have officially quit! Hawks
I have a TI-84+ and it works great for calc. But it's around $100 on sale. I know a lot of people use TI-82s and 83s they've gotten off eBay cheaply, I'm not sure how that Casio compares to a TI model. My friend has a Casio that's not a graphing calc, but it does awesome things with series/sequences that my 84+ doesn't... So it's probably a good model. I'd buy it for $17, even if it's not great it's still a decent price for a calc. The go get a 82/83 off a friend or eBay cheap. sig by Soa.....tip.it times.....art & mediadeviantart/flickr/last.fm/steam/twitter/tumblr/youtube

There's nothing to lose I guess. ................................[Currently Have - 1300M].........................................................My Beginner's Merchanting Guide - My Youtube Channel - My Twitter
