So I've got 11m to spend on armour and weapons, my goal is to train my melee, mainly attack and defense at the momen. I havent played properly in 5 years, not enough to know whats going on. Could anyone explain abit to tme, like where to train and what to buy? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Chris.

What would be quite effective with that budget :

Helm of Neitznaut/(Full if you can afford) Slayer helm/ black mask

Glory Amulet

Guthan's Platebody

Verac's Plateskirt

Abyssal Whip

Rune Defender

Dragon Boots

Barrows-rune gloves from Recipe for Disaster

Fire Cape if you can get it/Obsidian Cape

Berserker Ring

Would be good for your budget. Then again I have never bought any of that. :P

Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.

Thanks, I'll look into it and price it up.Also, what should i kill that could gain me quite abit of money? nothing 'too dangerous' at the moment, stil getting used to the game again.

Just training Slayer will get you some cash and train your levels up, which is why a (Full) Slayer Helm or Black Mask was suggested. (Make sure you do Smoking Kills before you start slaying if you haven't done it already!)

As for Dungeoneering, you can take a boat from Al Kharid to Daemonheim, where you will get a Ring of Kinship andbegin training.

How would I go about getting a rune defender and barrows gloves? Also, the berserker ring is out of my pricing :(

Rune Defender-Go to the Warrior's Guild and start earning points (tokens) through various activities, all except animated armour must be claimed from the corresponding NPC. Once you have a decent amount, go right upstairs and through the doors. Kill cyclopes until you get a bronze defender. Exit the room and use it on the NPC. She will set the next defender up to be dropped. More info can be found here.

Barrows Gloves- You must complete the recipe for disaster quest and buy it from the chest underneath lumbridge castle.

As for the ring, I would suggest a Lumbridge Ring from the Lumbridge Achievement diary until you can afford better.
