Vengeance spell

Featured Replies

In guides it says that vengeance can only be cast every 30 seconds by the same caster. Does this mean that if I would vengeance myself and it would get activated, immediatly after (under 30 seconds) another person can cast the "vengeance other" spell on me? Or is there also a 30 second limit on the person receiving the cast?

Yeah, you can cast vengeance yourself, have it activated and have another player cast vengeance other on you (if you have accept aid on) and you will have the effect once more (no need to wait 30 seconds, but you'll need to wait 30 seconds for you to be able to cast it again)

I also believe the veng other spell counts as your own veng casting, so that other person won't be able to veng themselves.

You can be venged as many times as you want, but any new vengeance spells simply re-write over the old ones until one is used up.

Casting vengeance is limit to 30 seconds for either spell. (Both share the same timer)

Recieving vengeance has no limit, other than not being stackable.

So to answer the OP question, the 30 second wait limit only applies to the person casting the spell, not receiving the spell. You can have 100 people cast Vengeance on you (including yourself) at the same time, but only 1 vengeance spell will count as long as you do not get hit in-between vengeance casts.

On the other end of the spectrum, you could have a group of players stagger Vengeance to you after every one of your opponents hits, and you would receive 1 vengeance recoil after every attack from your opponent.
