Does it take into account your approval on a daily basis, or only when you "cash out"? Thanks.

daily basis. Otherwise you'd just leave it for an infinite amount of days and only get approval when you cash in. The approval is a multiplier that is equal to or smaller than 1 that is used when determining the quantity of rewards and is calculated for every day.
