Are you talking about the quest blood runs deep? If so, what's your question? Who to talk to in order to receive the reward? If so, I believe it was Brundt the chieftain, although I am not entirely sure on that one.

you must talk to brundt, and you dont get lamps. He just gives you the xp straight up. In attack, defense, strength, prayer, magic, or range. Prayer is by far the best choice to use it on. You need lvl 75 in that skill to use the xp in it tho. It is recommended not to get the xp from brundt until you can put the full 450k xp on prayer.

I am like 17K from 75 prayer, so almost there, and that 450K exp in prayer will get me from 75 to like 78/79, so looking forward to that
