Edit:

Somehow I had missed that the question involved RSC.. having a few tabs too many open xD

Anyhow, what used to work for me is just produce things by skilling and make money that way.

Since there's little people on there to trade with nowadays that might be the best.

Someone didn't pay attention.

He's playing Runescape CLASSIC.

No such thing as farming.

Last I played of Runescape Classic it is rather quiet so money making is more on your own shoulders than it is on selling/trading.

So basically you jsut wanna kill stuff that drops gold or train skills that produce stuff you cans eel to the shops.

But I havent played in AAAGES

Dragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

Someone is new to the internets.

Farming is a term used in pretty much any rpg game, when one chooses to focus only on gathering a certain item/items ;) What he means with farming herbs, is doing a certain thing in the game that will get him herbs.

On topic: You can mine and smith and sell your smithed items to a general store.

He said "get the requirements necessary to farm herbs and do herb runs"

Requirements on its own suggests he's thinking of non-rsc as farming herbs in the RSC sense has no requirements and can be done from any stats you like, though it would be trickier at lower levels.

Do herb runs clearly shows he's not on RSC terms as herb runs is the term used to describe doing circuits of all the available herb farming patches. Farming in the RSC sense you don't refer to "doing runs"

Cool story bro.

But I still think he knows that this topic is about RSC, seeing as he is a website crew member.

Actually, Sy_Accursed was right - I wasn't paying attention with so many chats and windows open... then again, FooK is right about the definition of farming in general.

Just because my name's purple doesn't mean I'm not human, and therefore can't miss things.. Just like you two apparently missed I'm a she.

Anyway, starting an argument on what "he" may or may not have meant won't help the OP, so meh.
