These entries seem to describe the same clue scroll, the appropriate location shown in the image below.

Given the contents of the building, I'm not sure that calling it a house is entirely appropriate.

Thats because, as with a few other locations. there is two different clues that lead there.

Both

"Search for a crate in a building in Hemenster" and "Crate, Hemenster" lead there and are both separate clues.

 

Higher lvl clues (only elites?) give the vague ass clues like Crate, Hemenster; while lower clues give the older search for a....in a...in

Interesting... I suppose it would make sense for Jagex to reuse a few locations rather than finding/making new ones.

i got a clue that tells me to blow a rasberry in the fishing guild bank, and watch out for double agents! it also tells me to wear a elemental shield and weild a rune warhammer. ever hear of this one?

According to Accursed's description, there's a reason to have both clues. I did change house to building, and I'm locking this topic. Pm me if you have any questions :^_^:
