September 14, 201015 yr You can do it with lower than 57 rc.I did it with 50 rc and needed 3 tries before I got 100.Just wear your Explorer's ring 3 and a tiara so you can bring 28 essence.You should get 100 in a few tries
September 14, 201015 yr It may take more than a few tries if your RC level is below 57. I did 20 runs at level 51 and the most I got was 97 water runes. September 14, 201015 yr Note, also, that you have to craft 100 Water Runes without the aid of the explorer's ring.
