Sy_Accursed Posted September 14, 2010 Share Posted September 14, 2010 To point out the obvious, it has to be one go; that is why the task says craft 100 water runes simultaneously.Simultaneously means at the same time ; hence you need around level 57 rc for 4 runes per ess.
