So a couple of weeks ago i was getting hacked and asked jagex for help and nothing happens. Eventually i found out who the hacker was and it was a friend i havent talked to in years. He stopped hacking me and everything was back to normal. But now jagex locked my account about a week ago to stop me from getting hacked and has denied me 4 times in a row that it is my account. Ive provided every bit of information to prove its mine and nothing. After 6 years of playing on my account theyre just gonna lock me out of it so "help me out"... I dont know what else to do. Theyre security is horrible and should have live customer support for paying members.

We cant do anything, we're a fansite not directly related to Jagex. It's a player's responsibility to protect their passwords and in this situation you didn't protect it enough. Sorry, I wish you luck though. :thumbup:

 

One advice I can give you is don't set your password to something you like that other's know you like, Virus scan for Viruses, Trojans and Keyloggers.

The account stays locked until they are done with their investigation - they don't immediately unlock it right after you send in the Recovery report.

 

Perhaps just wait a few more days.

All this tell us is not only was your password easily guessed, you recovery questions are badly set up as well.
