If the original setup was never properly completed , then yes , weezcake has the most simple solution , since the LOG file that is used to complete any uninstalls is not going to be acurate and cause errors :)

if that does't work, just go into "My Computer", go to the "c" drive, go to "program files" and delete the empire earth folder in there, if that doesn't work, its because it is an active application, so type" alt, control, delete" and end the application, if there is no empire earth application it may be under a different name, if none are apparently close to saying empire earth, use "hijackthis" to close it, and only it. once closed immediately go to program files and delete folder, then go to the recycle bin and get rid of it. has the same effect as removing it from "add, remove programs"

also you can be sure it wasn't properly installed, as it says it only takes up 1.33mb

Please do not give out such advice ,

It DOES NOT have the "same effect as add/remove"

Deleting the folder would still leave any and all registry entries , any additional video drivers installed into the system folder and to top it all off , the game name would STILL appear in the add/remove panel
