You mean you don't get the 5+ method? Lets say you have a stack of bolts and feathers, you click the feathers once to select them, then move the mouse cursor over the bolts and hit the 5 and + key at the same time. This functions as two clicks (the + key will only work as one click on an item), which means it will fletch 1 set of bolts, then reselect the bolts. Now you move the cursor over the feathers and hit 5 and + again fletching another set of bolts. Just repeat that indefinitely. If you're good at it this allows incredible speed. This is the fastest possible way of cleaning, I think. For things like fletching bolts or grinding something for herblore, use 5 / + and alternate your mouse between the two items.
