Is there anyway to buy FunOrb membership without a credit card/debit card?

 

I don't believe RS pre-paid cards allow you to buy members, and I don't have a credit card. I tried buying one of those Ultimate Game Cards from Target the other day, they said they were recalled. O.o

Is it possible that Target has decided not to carry the card? You may find other retailers still sell them.

I have never seen any FunOrb Membership cards anywhere, so I don't know. I didn't know they existed if they do. :P
