My computer won't turn on

Do you have a bootable USB flash drive? You could create a flash drive with linux on it or something and work from there. If you were updating the bios then theres not really much you can do I think.

An alternative is you could put your HDD from the non-bootable computer into another computer and boot from the HDD on the computer that works (if that makes sense), and then work from there (not sure what you actually have to do, though).

How exactly did you 'Accidentally' turn off your computer during updates? Also, do you know exactly what was being updated at the time? (BIOS, Device Drivers, the Operating system)

Also, what operating system are you using, as just knowing your monitor's label doesn't really help (which I can't even find that monitor anywhere online.)
