Ignore List question

Featured Replies

Hey, I was just wondering...

If I added someone to my Ignore List and then turn my 'Private' preference to 'On', will I show up as online to the person I've ignored, or will I be offline to them?

Thanks in advance!

I was under the impression that yes that is true, but I'm not sure.

yes if you ignore someone they cannot see that you are online unless they are in same CC as you or come across you in-game

The Ignore List when private mode is 'ON' logically holds the same purpose as selectively adding to (or removing from) your Friends List when private mode is 'FRIENDS'.

Else there'd be no point to the Ignore List.

So no, they can't see if you're online.
