October 7, 201015 yr i heard smelting gold is good exp. but when i looked on the tip.it calculator it seems low exp, can anyone help me on getting the higher exp?
October 7, 201015 yr I smelted gold ore with gauntlets for 57 to 84, took me just over a week. Smelting alone at edgeville is around 55-70k xp/hour, but you can add in superheating while smelting for a massive increase, but at extra cost. 57 to 70 shouldn't take long, 3 days at most. October 8, 201015 yr Make sure you're using goldsmithing gauntlets or else it won't be as worth it. And if you do decide to superheat, it will give you a lot of Magic XP with it. :thumbup:
