I would like this image basically "cut out" of the background. Right now the background is white. I would like just a basic blue background please. Or simply just a render of it so that the white background is transparent.

This picture will be hard to make transparent/ colour because of the open bit at the bottom (personal preference really). is this alright or do you want it differently?

Do you think for the blue one you could just chop off the bottom part up to the actual sketch (including the little lines that stick out) so it looks more solid? I do not mind if the guy is "floating" a little bit.

 

And for the transparent one chop off the little scraps of sketch at the bottom?
