Clues and Effigy's are on different drop tables, people have gotten an effigy AND clue drop at the same time, that wouldn't be possible if they were on the same table. So no, they don't affect each other.

 

Oh, and just a little FYI, SirHemen; if Obturianian, Grimy bunyip and Xpx give you some advice... [bleep]ING TAKE IT! They're more than likely right, they are extremely efficient and trustworthy players. Hardly trolls, you seem to be trolling with all of your pointless and just flat out stupid topics.
