October 27, 201015 yr I've decided i want to start focusing on single combat skills and getting them up, instead of evenly raising them. I think the first ones I'm gonna go for are 99 range and defense. I just need a quick cost estimate on 99 range using red chins. I have 95 prayer, 90 range, full void and a deflector. Oh, and I'm working on 70 crafting so i can get Elite void too. Now, I'm a bit short on cash at the moment, only got around 4M. So, I'm going to rely on dailies and MTK to get me to around 30-ish mill within a month. In the mean time, I'm going to be grinding away armored zombies to work on defense, and maybe even get 99 before range if i do enough. October 27, 201015 yr You have a little over 4m con xp to go and about 12m ranged and defence xp (total; a little less). So you would be close but possibly not quite there. You'd get 98 though. October 27, 201015 yr http://forum.tip.it/topic/222890-melee-ranging-and-a-slight-diversion/ At lvl 99, one can get up to 280 xp/red chin, and 360K xp/hr.At lvl n for all n > 70, one can get up to 280(n/99)^1.1 xp/red chin, and 360K(n/99)^1.1 xp/hr. For grey chinchompas, multiply the above numbers by three quarters. Taken from that guide in AOW. If you know simple algebra you're good to go.
