Can pain affect sleep?

Do you have Buckley's where you are from? We've got it here in Canada... and it basically makes your throat completely numb (like losanges on steroids) for like half an hour. It tastes horrible though...

I don't think you realise my purpose. It makes no difference to me what your opinion is, I was merely pointing out that by expressing such a flawed one you make yourself look like a moron.

Of course it can. When I broke a rib of mine, it probably took me a few days to learn how to sleep. I broke my left rib and have a habit of sleeping on my left side... So sleep was pretty painful. I would wake up in the middle of the night with severe pain because I rolled over out of habit. :(

when you have real injuries, not just a pulled muscle or standard broken bone; its often painfull enough to keep you up. it would probably be best to take some painkillers and sleeping pills, because staying awake for long periods of time can be very unhealthy

yea only if your a fruit cake already. people that get hooked on sleeping pills arn't right in the head in the first place. HA
