3 things,

1: Question: Are the last 3 locations always the Mjolnir ones? listing those separately at the end would make it easier if they are.

 

2. Lumbridge Swamp location should have this on it "NOTE: May dig up Zombie head from a past Halloween event first."

You wont dig up the Zombie head (or rather, you shouldn't be able to) as only people who did the event can get it, and you get a replacement from Diango.

You can still dig it up if you did the event.

Yup if you did that event diango or digging in swamp will replace it.

 

As for the other parts:

The mjolnirs can come at any point, the key jsut takes you to each location once basically.

 

The Co-ordinates are a waste of time, yes the map on their own may be a bit wtf. But being told where it is with the map makes them pretty obvious, especially when you are exploring that small area.
