Hey guys :D I finally managed to buy the full dragon (or) set, so here is the info for the helm :)

Examine: Dragon full helm with an ornate decoration

Weight: 2.00 kg

Category: Armour

Sub-Category: Melee

High Alch: -

Low Alch: -

Location: Obtained by applying a Dragon full helm ornament kit (or) to a Dragon full helm.

Uses: Worn as armour in the helmet spot for melee fighters.

Notes: Requires level 60 Defence to equip.

 

The kit can be removed at any time by choosing the split option while the helm is in your inventory.

Stats (same as Dragon full helm) and proof of weight (strange being 2 kg, as the normal DFH in its database entry weighs 3kg):

 

Edit: I just checked the DFH's weight without the kit, and it weighs 2 kg as well. In the database entry for the normal DFH it says 3 kg. It may have grams that I'm unaware of and could have been rounded up for some reason, I'm not sure, but I just tested it and it weighed 2 kg for both the normal DFH and ornament DFH :)
