jasignhagj
When I try to post this image (http://img208.imageshack.us/i/atfgbasemapxboxhueg.png), I get an error that reads "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board.". PNGs have always worked before, any ideas what is wrong?

tripsis
I believe the issue is that when you click on the link you posted ( http://img208.imageshack.us/i/atfgbasemapxboxhueg.png/ ), you are not actually brought to an image. Instead, you are brought to an ImageShack page that contains the image, but also a lot of other stuff. What you need to do is on that page, copy the direct URL, which can be found on the right hand side. That URL ( http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/1577/atfgbasemapxboxhueg.png ) is different from the one you mentioned and should work - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog
jasignhagj
Thanks. I saw the .png at the end and figured it was the right page.
essiw
Thanks. I saw the .png at the end and figured it was the right page.To see if it is a real picture you need to follow these steps:1) Look if .png is on the end of the link2) Nothing may be after .png not even a slash (your link contains a slash, thus means it is not a real picture but a page named after a picture)3) If there is a question mark in the link it is mostly not a real picture. obfuscator
Question marks in the link don't necessarily mean it's a php page - any web based programming language can use query strings, so it could be anything.
